What we collect

When you contact us or start a project, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, project details, brand materials, and uploaded images.

When you use Google to sign in, our authentication provider may receive basic profile information such as your name, email address, and profile image. Vision Signs & Interiors uses your email address to provide and protect account access.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to project requests, prepare and manage prospective work, operate the private Studio Inbox, communicate with you, maintain site security, and improve our services.

Studio owners may use an AI assistant to review project details and selected uploaded images, suggest questions and scope items, and draft a response. A person reviews the suggestions before using them to prepare a quote or communicate with you.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run our website and services, including Clerk for authentication, Vercel for hosting and file storage, Neon for secure project records, and Resend for transactional email. They process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

When a studio owner requests an AI project review, the relevant project details and up to two eligible images are sent through Vercel AI Gateway to its model provider to generate the review.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers, when necessary to respond to a request, or when required by law. We retain project and account information only for as long as reasonably needed for these purposes, recordkeeping, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. You can also revoke Google sign-in access through your Google Account settings.
